These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trackr TCG mobile app and the website at trackrtcg.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Calientalo Media LLC (“Trackr,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trackr. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for any activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the App Store Terms of Service, or Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement.

Trackr is free to download. The free tier includes 30 lifetime card scans and the ability to save scanned cards to your portfolio. Once saved, free-tier cards cannot be edited or deleted from the app — this is by design. To unlock unlimited scanning, collection editing, the cards-by-Pokemon view, the public showcase profile, price alerts, and CSV export, you can subscribe to Trackr Pro.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). All charges, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple or Google per their terms — Trackr does not directly process payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Apple: manage or cancel at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. • Google: manage or cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless canceled before then. If you delete the app without canceling, your subscription continues.

Apple and Google handle all subscription refunds per their respective policies. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: support.google.com/googleplay → Refund request. Trackr cannot directly refund payments processed by Apple or Google.

Trackr's price data comes from multiple sources: Pokemon Price Tracker (covering TCGplayer aggregate prices and select graded sales), Apify-scraped eBay sold listings, and AI-synthesized estimates for brand-new sets. All prices are estimates for informational purposes only — they do not constitute appraisal, financial advice, or a buy/sell offer. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Use it as one input, not the only input, when making purchase or sale decisions.

Trackr verifies PSA cert numbers against PSA's public lookup. We cache verified grades to power our portfolio tracking. We do not represent ourselves as affiliated with Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) or any other grading company. Cert numbers must be entered correctly; we are not liable for misidentification due to user error.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (collection data, public profile bio, uploaded photos). By making your profile public, you grant Trackr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display that content on the trackrtcg.com domain solely to power the public showcase feature. You can revoke this at any time by switching your profile back to private.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) use the Service to violate any law; (c) attempt to bypass the free scan quota through automated means or multiple accounts; (d) impersonate another user or organization; (e) post or share obscene, defamatory, or infringing content on any public surface.

“Trackr,” “Trackr TCG,” the Trackr logo, and the Service's design are property of Calientalo Media LLC. Pokemon, Pokemon TCG, the Pokeball icon, and all character / set names are property of Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., and The Pokemon Company. Trackr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

The Service is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackr's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you did not pay anything. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from the in-app Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and all associated data after a 30-day grace period. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance.
